Prosci first Change Management Certification Program in China was held on 2018/3/7-9

With the Prosci certified instructor, Johnny Tsai, and the observer, Mark Dorsett – VP of Global Operation of Prosci, from Prosci, The first Prosci’s  Change Management Certification Program in China was held by Teammax Corporation on 2018/3/7 – 9 in Shanghai.

There are 13 participants from Taiwan and China with the background from consultancy, software, Medical, and sports industries successfully get their Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification. In the program, Participants actually apply the Prosci’s methodology to a  project in their real life with an output of a Change Management Strategy that they can immediately use after they go back to their work.
